Piedmont Construction Breaks Ground for Madison Reynoldstown
MACON, Ga. - On March 8, 2022, Piedmont Construction Group joined Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, the City of Atlanta, and investors alike to break ground for Madison Reynoldstown.
The new mixed-use development will be co-developed by Rae Ventures Group, the Atlanta Housing Authority, and Atlanta BeltLine. Located in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of eastern Atlanta, Madison Reynoldstown will provide equal housing opportunities for residents in the area.
Designed by PRAXIS3, this important development will take up approximately 1.2 acres and include 116 units of affordable housing on the Beltline as well as retail space along Memorial Drive and Beltline-facing artist studios. The two planned mid-rise elevator buildings will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent, along with parking, and approximately 2,700-square feet of commercial or retail space.
Piedmont Construction Group will provide construction management services for the $43.6M project that is expected to be completed in the next two years.
